Banana, exotic fruits, clearly identified pepper, probably also ginger. A nose that reeks of Jamaica, but on the palate there is still a bit of cane, it’s quite young, it warms a bit, but reasonably so. A good first step with the tontons, a new brand I’m discovering.

Warm notes coming from Jamaica are also felt such as black pepper and ginger. Banana quickly takes place followed by notes of fresh cane. A long and slightly spicy finish. A good quality-price ratio to discover the world of Jamaica and Trinidad.
