At first I thought: where did I last have that smell? It was, naturally, a sugarcane syrup. I therefore was expecting a quite sweet experience, but this is really the opposite. Other tastes fall a bit flat, though, but I get a strong woody note to the end.

Very light rum, accessible and quite pleasant. Perfect for simple and unpretentious tastings. A brown agricole rum that resembles a complex white rum a lot.

Notes of caramel, even Malabar original flavor on the nose. Very flat on the palate, an alcoholic taste but very little flavor, extremely disappointing in taste and no length.
