La Favorite Millésime 2017
"My favorite," writes one taster, and the crowd leans that way. This is aged Martinique agricole with the cane turned all the way up — grassy, floral, a little herbal, with nutmeg and soft caramel behind it. Six years in oak adds gentle tannin and pepper without smothering the green side. A couple of members find it too spicy for their taste.

A very interesting and tasty agricultural rum with a distinct cane flavor. The taste of nutmeg can be felt on the palate. A long finish with a predominance of herbal taste. Definitely my favorite..
