A pretty nice J.M Some of the usual bitterness is still in place, without being excessive. A lot of wood and wood's furniture wax both in the nose and on the palate, along with chocolate..the best part is the finish, really long and pleasant

🟫 J.M 2016 – 55.7 % (Sélection Wengler) Un J.M qui sort des sentiers battus. Profil atypique, avec une légère amertume, un boisé élégant et une texture cireuse assez rare chez cette distillerie. Des notes chocolatées viennent enrichir le tout, avec une finale longue et agréable. À l’aveugle, impossible de deviner J.M – certains y voient même un profil proche de Bielle. En tout cas, j’ai craqué pour une bouteille !
