Ok, this one, absolutely different, that PX Nose: Wow! It's very interesting aroma of brioche & biscuits. Roasted nuts, peanut butter, white chocolate, cream brulee & custard. Of course, dry dates, raisins & figs. Some butter & umami. Palate: This is absolutely unusual taste. Again this biscuit, caramel popcorn, cream brulee, peanut butter & peanut, some nutmeg & cedar wood. Little bit too sweet. Aftertaste: medium. Now it's a sweet, caramelized nuts, popcorn, butter, some nutmeg & cedar wood. Conclusion: not bad. Little bit too sweet, but very atypical profile. Need to try ;)
