Set aside for over 30 minutes. The aroma is rather fruity thanks to the cognac and port barrels, so the agricole origin is quite hidden. It is quite gentle but overall I like it. The taste is quite spicy, tart, half fruity and half vegetal. With another sip, it is already velvety gentle. In the finish, lots of vanilla with nutmeg. Nice.
