This <>H first perfumes the room with a distinctive scent. That alone makes you want to go further. On the nose, we have the distillery's usual esters and fruits. A touch of fermentation and an unusual acidity. On the palate, this rum once again stands out from the others <>H. Probably because of its youth. A little too many degrees for me, I'd prefer it with 7-8 degrees less, but it's very pleasant. A hint of burnt caramel on the finish. Nice length. Nice bottle.
