And again, a new bottling, this time from Samaroli. It's not a heavy Caroni, but it's not light either, without technical tones. In addition to the technical notes of gasoline, leather, medicinal tones, and rubber, there is a clear hint of smokiness in both the aroma and taste.

The vast majority of rums from the Caroni distillery are so-called HTR - heavy rums, and so when a lighter one appears now and then it is often labeled as not very Caroni. This is also the case here, but it is a beautiful balanced rum.

11/21/2024 online RumRock It smells like wet tobacco, a little smoke, more leather (like shoes or a leather belt), and then lots of other scents. You could smell it all day long. It tastes like lots of different flavors in waves.
