La Favorite La Digue Récolte 2023
Best in a ti' punch or with a squeeze of lemon, where its fresh sugarcane and citrus really open up. The nose is floral and fruity, but on the palate several tasters find it turns dry, herbal and earthy — licorice, minerals, a rooty finish. A characterful white agricole that a few people prefer over La Favorite's Bel'Air, and a few don't.
