Quite restrained, one-dimensional nose with a high alcohol presence. Reminiscent of a fruit brandy. On the palate, the alcohol is still too present with relatively little character. Rather disappointing bottling in the Warren Khong series.

This is one of the few disappointments from Velier. They usually deliver when it comes to their name. Fruity with spices and barrel from nose to finish.

Reserved nose with a vanilla touch. On the palate, caramel with a clear woody influence. A tasty rum. Edit: didn't even have it in the glass today and slightly raised the rating. Very pleasing.
