I loved the molasses scent. Less burn than I would have thought, and the taste improved the longer it sat out. Mixed though was not what I had hoped, and there was almost a metallic taste; though I noticed it dissipated on my second one.

Very fruity, smooth & round. Not very funky but very good in a daiquiri. Comparable to Probitas/Veritas but less funky. Good value for money

Another great offering from Ed Hamilton. Would be primarily used in cocktails, but you could sip in a pinch. Very banana forward, some caramelized fruit like pineapple as well. Creamy, little alcohol bite.

Pleasent taste and lite jamaican, Trinidad, slight coconut and papaya. Tried in a daq and all the flavors seemed to be lost. Will need to experiment more. Hell ya to a 1L bottle!

Surpringly light and smooth. The funk was understated. I'm sure that it's an easy mixer, but on the rocks was great.

Light banana and some coconut, vanilla. Pours clear without colour. Decent complexity for a straight white blend, would make a good cocktail. A hint of agricole grassiness. Finish is short, has a hint of pepper. Finishes with light pleasant sweetness. Sample sent by Moss.
