WOW! I could never have imagined that rum with 83% without dilution and without barrel aging could be so mild and harmonious. The white shark from Fiji🦈 is unexpectedly mild and complex. On the nose papaya, pineapple, nail polish, some ginger and rose, on the palate then papaya, mocha, dark chocolate, a bit metallic and really very coherent and round with a slight overripe fruity sweetness. In the finish remains warm strong coffee dusted with cocoa and again papaya. Daiquiri with it borders on technical K.O. but is absolutely excellently tasty. Great show! top!⚡🦈🤤🇫🇯 Fiji in pure form with the typical note of bicycle tube, strong mocha, papaya and burnt notes.... Still one of my absolute benchmark white overproofs regarding complexity and alcohol integration... Thanks to Roberto Bessa Snō for this monster!

Unbelievable that you can even drink this with its 83%! One sip of it is really fun!

Call the fire brigade, someone set the palate on fire! 83% vol., that's some devilish stuff! For me as a Fiji fan, it's actually long overdue, but in fact, apart from a few unicorns, there is practically no re-aged rum from the dream islands. At first, the nose doesn't seem that special, could also be a young, aged Fiji. But clearly high-proof, wow! If you stick your nose too deep into the glass, you'll be punished quickly! Also on the palate: caution is the mother of the porcelain box. Even for experienced palates, it only goes in small sips. But these are more than enough, flooding the entire mouth and delivering citrus fruits, plastic, maybe even some honey. Not for every day, but you have to try it! Crazy!
