#6463 10.03.2026 Having a few of the many Dictarod samples I got from a good friend. Another average release, though the Best of are usually more expensive and also have collector value. The nose is relatively light with fruits, sweetness, caramel and chocolate. The palate is oily and sweet with roasted wood, nutts and fruits. The finish is medium to long with wood, spices, nutts and fruits.

This tasting took place during a trip to Cartagena de Indias, country of Dictador rum. This rum was made in my birth year. The rum box kindly opened the bottle for the first time during this tasting. If you pass through Cartagena, the address is incredible (chocolate and rum tasting, restaurant, cocktail...).
