C’est plutôt bien fait, j’aime beaucoup Une belle corbeille de fruits, Une. Pointe de chocolat de la vanille et du caramel. C’est plutôt bien équilibré, une longueur en bouche moyenne et un alcool très bien intégré

Nez sur l’eau de vie, la mirabelle, le bois jeune, et une pincée d’épices. Bouche très marquée par le vin jaune, une belle sucrosité, c’est très gras. L’oloroso est présent également, des notes de prunes, de cannelle. Pas mal du tout cette affaire. Un alcool plus bien intégré, et en finale le retour des fruits jaunes, de la mirabelle, et une pointe de muscade. A mon sens, le plus exubérant des 3, mais aussi celui qui m’a le plus surpris (positivement).
