If you drink this rum neat, you have to be prepared for a special experience. 78% and very ester-heavy, with all the known side aromas you have to like. Extremely intense, especially in the mouth. Without aging at this high proof, it makes little sense to me.

Tasted 23-06-2024 Nosing Heavy grass notes mixed with nail varnish and acetone . Slight peach and tobacco but that could be the esters Tasting This is a high ester alcohol rum so the taste just gets smashed by the percentage of alcohol .. weirdly as the pallets adjusts to the high proof you do get some apple and nuts taste ... This is an experimental rum that I think could struggle through the whole bottle even in cocktails ....
