Tasted briefly in a quick test. As usual with Foursquare, every bottling is of a high standard. There is nothing to complain about here. Personally, the bottling is a little too "boring" for me, which is whining at a high level. Unfortunately, this one doesn't really stand out. Solid, tasty easy sipper, a little more ABV probably wouldn't have hurt.

Nice and mild but definitely not sweet coconut cream diaru what we expect from FSQ .. Foursquare is a distiller from Barbados producing amazing rums for everyday drinking. It's a rum that will be appreciated especially by rums who are fed up with sugar and are looking for a smooth, sweet rum full of coconut, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Just pleasant and not aggressive flavours.

8,4:On the nose, coconut, sweet, tropical fruits, dried apricots, raisins, glue and rubber, medicinal, toasted wood notes like caramel, pastry, nuts, leather, spicy allspice, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, cherries and citrus fruits arise, some candied, vanilla, chocolate, burnt sugar, molasses is dark with black tea, earthy with tobacco. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is quite intense, medicinal, slightly bitter, fruity with coconut, tropical fruits, dried apricots, raisins and citrus(orange), the wood is toasted with caramel, burnt sugar, chocolate, pastry, sweet and oily, leather, biscuits, fruitcake, spicy with allspice, vanilla, ginger, as molasses brings tobacco. 8,4:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, with toasted oak notes like caramel, nuts, chocolate, crème brûlée, pastry, spicy and smoky, as molasses is dark with black tea, fruits dried and citrus, some cherry hints arise, apple is baked. #6726 02.05.2026 Enjoying some samples after a very challenging hike today. It was a good idea not to bring my wife today. Listening to some nice Psy Trance tracks on Spotify. This is a pretty good release with a nice price tag attached in my mind. A fruity rum with wall balanced roasted wood, spices and chocolate.

Very good, high level, alcohol well integrated, lots of vanillin from oak barrel influence. At most, it lacks a little complexity.

A rum that perfectly embodies the classic Foursquare profile. The nose is still a bit reserved, but on the palate we're greeted with rich sweetness of vanilla, caramel, crème brûlée, and coconut. Along with some dark chocolate, wood, allspice, pepper, and clove, plus fruity notes of citrus oil and tropical fruits. Spot on.

An der Nase das typische Foursquare Aromenprofil mit Kokos, Vanille und etwas Holz. Genauso geht es am Gaumen weiter, es kommen noch Nelke und Créme Brulé dazu. Im Abgang klingt er mittellang aus mit Créme Brulé und Vanille. Ein guter Foursquare, der nichts falsch macht, aber auch irgendwie nichts Besonderes hat.

Everything I would expect from a Foursquare. Very smooth, slightly sweet and quite vanilla/wood heavy. Some roasted coconut in there too. It’s really easy to drink but can’t find any further complexity/layers in this. Still it’s very pleasant to smell it from time to time and in general a high quality rum.
