Vacation Cape Verde April 2024 This white grogue is quite alcoholic on the nose, you can smell esters and agricole and there is a slight fruity note. On the palate, it is also very strong and sugar cane-heavy.

This is the most common grogue you can find in most Cabo Verde supermarkets. In the nose: very greenish/vegetal sugarcane based rum. A bit raw. Fresh but also musty. Not bad. Taste: bitterness. Olives. Definitely a bit raw. More vegetal vibes. Burn. A tad dirty. Actually pretty cool that the most common grogue is actually a very typical outspoken one. This is really not bad and quite tasty.
