Sip this one neat after dinner and you get soft vanilla, caramel, raisins and warm oak, with a touch of dark chocolate and orange peel. It's a mild, rounded Dominican solera in the Spanish style — one taster called it a "great dessert." A few note it's less cloying than other Oliver bottles, though it stays clearly on the sweet side.

Yes, this Oliver & Oliver is quite okay. It's a rather sweet rum, but still within reason. Vanilla and caramel on the nose. Then also slightly sweet on the palate. Also vanilla and caramel, but also slightly spicy and woody.

Nice round rum and not as sweet and pasty as many others from the house. The complexity for the price range can also be seen. Absolute recommendation for all who like mild southern rum

This is the oldest of the Exquisito blends. It has a lot of taste from the cask and that makes it a really good rum though it's a little bit out of balance. Not your typical Oliver &. Oliver in my mind.

Oliver, heavier than usual offer but it is nice soft, balanced, raisins, vanilla, oak. Very short finish and I am not going to talk about the price, just ridiculous. Sweet rum but a great dessert.
