The first rum I could drink neat, a pleasure to smell and taste, today the bottle is finished and I could not have enjoyed it more.

On the nose, peach, fabrics, and cola, as well as a gummy bear note. The rum has a nice copper color in the glass and feels oily. On the tongue, the rum has a certain alcoholic sharpness, yet it is smooth and somehow feels artificial on the tongue. In the finish, there's again some of that alcoholic sharpness.

Retasting and leaving the original note 😊 This is a really good rum and also one for beginners because the proof is lower than normal. Easy to drink and enjoy with friends that may not like the more biting rums. The nose is sweet with the barrel to it and then some caramel. The palate is heavily influenced by the molasses and it almost ruins the taste for me. Fruity and the barrel is clearly there. The finish is sweet and medium long with a touch of fruits and oak.

An entry-level rum in the Spanish style. Caramel on the nose, honey/vanilla on the palate. The finish is spicy and woody. I won't be buying it though, there are better rums in this price range, but it's still a good rum.

For fans of the Spanish style, definitely a recommendation. What stands out is the pleasant sharpness that quickly presents itself with the taste, does a pirouette, bows, and only in the finish provides a cozy warmth. Tastes great!
