Retasting and leaving the original note 😊 This is a really good rum and also one for beginners because the proof is lower than normal. Easy to drink and enjoy with friends that may not like the more biting rums. The nose is sweet with the barrel to it and then some caramel. The palate is heavily influenced by the molasses and it almost ruins the taste for me. Fruity and the barrel is clearly there. The finish is sweet and medium long with a touch of fruits and oak.

An entry-level rum in the Spanish style. Caramel on the nose, honey/vanilla on the palate. The finish is spicy and woody. I won't be buying it though, there are better rums in this price range, but it's still a good rum.

The first rum I could drink neat, a pleasure to smell and taste, today the bottle is finished and I could not have enjoyed it more.

Für Freunde des spanischen Stils sicherlich eine Empfehlung. Was hervorzuheben ist, ist die angenehme Schärfe, die sich mit dem Geschmack schnell präsentiert, eine Pirouette dreht, sich verneigt und erst im Abgang für eine wohlige Wärme sorgt. Schmeckt!
