Light grassy notes, but also a surprising amount of wood with a slight bitterness for only four years.

Very tasty for just 4 years old. Exciting and unusual aromas of sour cherry jam, tonka bean, cinnamon and pastries such as apple and cherry pockets come together... Pleasant tannins and a slight bitterness like candied bitter orange peel. Nice piece (only too expensive!😅)!
