Super good Agricole and I think that because this one is very well balanced, also an Agricole for beginners.

Extraordinary Clement profile (I just don't like agricole, that's why I rate so low)

New tasting: oxidation did it a lot of good! The fruits emerge more and the woodiness has rounded. Surprising pairing with camembert! The nose is particularly successful where you clearly perceive Martinique. The woodiness takes a big place but we also have nice dried fruits and a certain freshness. Unfortunately, the palate is not up to par. Even though the dilution leaves a nice texture and intensity, the fruitiness is much less marked with a perceptible bitterness reminiscent of burnt rubber. The finish is relatively short.
