Nouvelle dégustation : l'oxydation lui a fait beaucoup de bien ! Les fruits émergent davantage et les boisé s'est arrondi. Étonnante association sur du camembert ! Le nez est particulièrement réussi où on perçoit clairement la Martinique. Le boisé prend une grande place mais on a aussi de beau fruits sec et une certaine fraîcheur. Malheureusement, la bouche n'est pas à la hauteur. Même si la dilution laisse une belle texture et intensité, le fruité est beaucoup moins marqué avec une amertume perceptible qui fait penser à du caoutchouc brûlé. La fin de bouche est relativement courte.
