still the holy grail for me when it comes to Belize. 🇧🇿🙏 Grilled pineapple to drink at cask strength, a poem :) 🍍🔥 buttery and smooth despite 66% and an endlessly brilliant finish, incidentally also the rum that finally brought me to cask strength and co 6 years ago at Perola :D very very cool stuff, very straightforward and sexy 🤤😍🇧🇿🍍👌🏽

This is a tasting set from 2022 where we had a lot of fun around the table. Another very nice CDI. Fruity and nicely balanced in the spices and roasted wood. The empty glass is really nice and fruity and the coconut stands out even more.

Today times Belize TastingThe CDI with neat cocoa and the Belize-typical coconut note pleases well. But just in comparison with the slightly longer matured RA and the Flensburg I lack a little intensity here. But a nice drop, alcohol is well integrated if you consider the over 66%.

Schokolade, Kaffee, Vanille dominieren bei diesem Rum von Anfang bis Ende. Der Alkohol ist trotz seinen 66% exzellent eingebunden und lässt sich problemlos trinken. Für mich ein echt gelungener Rum, bei dem das Sample Lust auf mehr macht

Ich habe bei den Bewertungen zu diesem Rum das Wort "Heiliger Gral" gelesen und schließe mich hiermit an. Dieser Rum hat mich schon vor Jahren abgeholt und ich assoziiere mit ihm eine Parallele zu Guyana Rum (Albion), natürlich nur als Geschmackseingebung. Was soll ich sagen, Alkohol mit seinen 66,2% angenehm zu trinken. Total stimmig und lecker. Beim Abgang hängt er sich noch eine Runde hinten dran und hebt sich dadurch von seinen anderen Vertretern aus 2005 ab. Meine Empfehlung aus Belize.
