An excellent rum with complex aromas of fresh cane, honey, floral notes and black tea. A lovely translucent, limpid, brilliant color. A lovely fruity finish of pineapple, banana and apricot compote. Exceptional expertise from the Saint James distillery

#5860 14.10.2025 Enjoying some evening samples while slouching in front of the TV. This is a sample my friend brough home straight from the destillery and I'm very greatfull for that because it's not commonly available. Nose Fresh, fruity, light floral, light tomato, light plum, citrus, light herbs. Palate Oily, fresh, balanced, citrus, light floral, fruity, light prunes, light tomato, faint grass, light apple. Finish Medium to long, oily, fresh, fruity, light apple, citrus. Empty glass Herbs, light apple, light prunes, light grass

Description:Saint James Tombolo est une édition limitée de rhum blanc agricole AOC Martinique, issue de la récolte 2024, titrant à 50,5°. Ce rhum rend hommage au Tombolo de Sainte-Marie, un chemin naturel de galets et de sable émergé à fleur d’eau sur la côte atlantique de la Martinique, offrant une expérience sensorielle unique. La cuvée est issue d’une fermentation contrôlée du jus de canne à sucre fraîche. Nez jus de canne, végétal Bouche: citron ,floral végétal Finale: citron ,floral , végétal Conclusion 1L pour 28€ +- ,rentable pour ce que c'est. Mon ami n'aime pas trop les blancs généralement et celui-ci non plus. Je l'apprécie bien pour ses touches de citron.
