Excellent value for money, the purple cane gives a lot of roundness. On the nose it's very pleasant: cane and vanilla dominate, a bit of green banana. The mouth does not betray the nose, the sweetness continues with the taste of cane and vanilla accompanied by a sensation of sweetness. The taste evolves towards a very slight acidity of lemon zest and ends with a little iodized sensation. The weakness of this rum is its short length on the palate. This negative point is compensated by the pleasure it provides at the moment of tasting thanks to its gourmandise.
