On The Rocks: On initial smell notes of plum and mild banana with mild oak and spice that is quite smooth. Taste reveals an initial strong spice and sweetness hit. Then a more subtle oak, plum and red wine flavour develops. Finish is mediums length with the red wine slowly fading away. Mixed Pepsi Zero:
