Tasted at the Berry Bros 2024 stand at Finest Spirits. Found it very tasty at the time. Just a touch more fruity, though. Unfortunately, I miss that completely today. Therefore an 8.1 nevertheless a very good drinkable rum. However, it needs plenty of time in the glass. But it will be rewarded.

There is a rather subtle technicality with fruit in the aroma. I would almost say I can smell whisky in it. Quite an unusual taste for me, quite bitter, sharp at first. I'll have to do some more digging, but I'd say it was in a whisky cask, which is fine with me in this case.
