Quite a brett for its inconspicuousness. Lots of esters and alcohol, hints of citrus, low sweetness on the nose. Veers very much towards glue when it gets a little warmer. The taste then becomes sweeter, with strong roasted aromas, burnt caramel, vanilla and fruit basket. Unfortunately quite boozy.
