Velmi dobrá Guyana! Ta barva je extrémně tmavá. V chuti sušené ovoce, datle, švestky, oříšky, čokoláda, dřevo. Moc kdobře integrovaný alkohol.

Sowohl an der Nase als auch am Gaumen ziemlich schwer und würzig. Holz, Melasse, Lakritz, Karamell + Malz. Insgesamt ziemlich trocken. Fruchtige Noten sind nur dezent vorhanden. Gefällt mir gut und erinnert an die Abfüllung für Bar1802.

Schöner Diamond im mittleren Alter. Ordentlich Fass, dunkle rote Früchte (vor allem in der Nase) und eine Spur Melasse erzeugen einen insgesamt eher bitteren Eindruck, der sich aber gut in die restliche Aromatik einbindet und somit nicht stört, sondern einen Rum liefert, der mich an die (gemäßigten) KFMs erinnert. Natürlich ist dieser Diamond eine andere Hausnummer, aber für sich genommen trotzdem ein guter Rum!

Messeverkostung … Schöne Überraschung: ein leckerer Savalle. Schmeckt mir gut. Viel Melasse, Tabak, getrocknete Früchte (Aprikose), dunkle Beeren. Etwas verbrannt im Abgang (positiv gemeint). Toller Savalle.

Toller neuer Diamond! Super schöne intensive Cassis Note an der Nase, die sich geschmacklich auch fortsetzt und von dunkler Schokolade, Aprikose, Minze, rauchigen und umami Noten ergänzt wird. Wieder Mal ein toller pick von nobilis!

Schwere Karamellsüsse, Melasse, Holz, Piment, Trockenfrüchte. Im Abgang leicht ins Bittere übergehend. Dichtes Aromenprofil im Stile der alten Demeraras. Sehr gut.

Dieses ist ein sehr kräftiger und intensiver Diamond. Neben dezent wahrnehmbaren roten Früchten, dominieren in erster Linie Würze, Holz und Kräuter. Das führt auch etwas zur Bitterheit, aber noch akzeptabel. Insgesamt ein guter Diamond, bei dem leider der Alkohol nicht so gut eingebunden ist. Das kostet halt Punkte
