Au nez le café est la première senteur manifeste, on passe ensuite sur de la noix et autres fruits à coque. En bouche, attaque très appréciable, les notes de café sont toujours présentes mais ce sont les noix notamment la noix de pécan qui prennent le dessus. Finale appréciable restant toujours sur les notes de noix.
