#4752 22.06.2024 Nice tasting afternoon and evening with Hannes at the shop in Odense. Nose Light wood, fruits, light coffee, apricots, light nutty, faint leather, floral. Palate Warm, medium spicy, fruits, light chocolate, light apricots, faint citrus, cinnamon, light earthy. Finish Medium to long, light wood, faint grass, light chocolate, nutts, medium spicy.

I have the rumclub Brazil which, as far as I understand, all come probably from the same batch. This one is clearly below. Of course you get the cinnamon, wood, but I found this one less balanced, less bright than the rumclub

Not my favorite from a fresh open bottle, but after a couple of weeks it gets some gummy bear notes, which sound funny, but taste great. Now a last review before bottle is down: Die Gummibärenbande auf nem Hollandtrip zum Tulpen kaufen…oder war es doch was anderes…lol? Rarely seen a rum that change that much during it’s lifespan in an open bottle.
