Most helpful positive review
A very nice Fiji rum that is much more mature and intense than its relatively young age would suggest. Powerful and intense without being overpowering. I'm already looking forward to a cross-tasting with other representatives of the style. Really fun. Great value for money.

Pleasant nose. Balanced and round... No sharpness or tanginess. Caramel notes are dominant. Caramelly taste with vanilla. With light ester notes. A nice round drop that you should really treat yourself to. So beautiful.

8,8:On the nose, intense, medicinal with esters, glue, some rubber and plastic, grassy molasses, fresh with tea, banana, green fruits, candied, toasted oak notes like pastry, spicy with cinnamon, vanilla, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, citrus, dried fruits arise, molasses is floral, feeling winterly with baked apple, ginger, leather, balanced. 8,7:On the palate, the attack is intense with medicinal notes like esters, glue, cognac barrel impact is obvious, as dried fruits and grapes join tropical fruits like banana, green and citrus fruits, overripe, creamy, the wood is toasted with pastry, brown sugar, marzipan, caramelized, nuts, spicy with ginger, vanilla, cinammon, salty, as molasses is floral. 8,5:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, slightly dirty, fruity with tropical, dried, citrus fruits, oak is toasted with pastry, leather, spicy with ginger, cinammon.
