Fortuitous discovery of this bottle of St Dominique in a cupboard. Let's taste it. Fat as desired. Cane well present. Light citrus. On the palate, it seems like a pure juice. Cane again. Light. Thick. Not unpleasant at all. Not the white of the century but well made.
