Review by Daniel Kennste Doch
Nose: Initially, the alcohol is relatively perceptible despite low strength of 43%. The alcohol sharpness quickly fades and wood and caramel notes, toasted notes and spices dominate. Mouth: very harmonious, alcohol very coherently integrated, caramel sweetness, spices, vanilla, neat wood. Overall, however, a very pleasant sweet rum, far less sweet than its brothers (eg, the 23 Solera). If you like it a little sweeter you won't go wrong with this one. Finish: maximum medium length, with caramel and spices.

Geiler alter vintage zacapa !

I think it’s better than the “23” cause it’s not nearly as sweet as that one. There’s also more taste of wood which make it better.

absolute mainstream; had expected more at the price and name; but can always be tasted well
