Uiuiui a really tough number the part. It was once a side dish from some order, don't worry, I wouldn't have bought such a sample voluntarily. Would certainly have been suitable 35 years ago to loosen up girls at their first parties, but now it's nothing at all! Sweet, artificial and even sweeter. Reminds me of that plum liqueur you often get as a gift from Chinese shops. Nothing to do with rum in my opinion, A.H.Riise is a grail in comparison 🤣

Nase: Gezuckerte, eingelegte Pflaumen und Vanille strömen einem kräftig entgegen. Schon in der Nase ist der Rum Spirit sehr süß, begleitet wird er von Walnuss. Mund: Am Gaumen gibt sich der T.Sonthi & Ron Zuarin Plum Cake Edition Rum aufdringlich süß und leider gar nicht soo pflaumig wie noch in der Nase. Mir fehlt leider die gewisse Frische und Fruchtigkeit, die dem Stoff Abwechslung beschert hätte. So ist es m.E. eine sehr süße, homegene, zähflüssige Rumspirituose, die für meinen Gaumen deutlich zu süß geraten ist. Eine gewisse Würze von Eichenholz schwingt ebenso mit wie der nussige Unterton aus der Nase. Vanille und Pflaumen kommen vor allem beim Abgang wieder deutlich zurück. Wer es sehr süß mag, der wird mit diesem Tropfen sicher gut zurechtkommen. Auch als Ersatz für ein Dessert (auch von der Zuckermenge) gut denkbar. Rumnoten, insbesondere Barbados, aber auch ein Hauch Jamaica, kommen leider für mich etwas zu kurz. Hatte wahrscheinlich einfach eine andere Erwartung.
