🌺 Marie-Louise ESB – 49% Première apparition de cette marque sur la page, et quelle entrée ! L’histoire commence en 2020 dans le Nord Grande-Terre en Guadeloupe, sur une propriété familiale restée en sommeil depuis trois générations. Rodolphe Payen y relance un projet profondément personnel, en hommage à sa grand-mère Marie-Louise, première propriétaire des lieux. Ne disposant pas d’outil de distillation, les cannes sont envoyées chez Montebello pour fermentation et distillation. De là naît ce premier ESB (Élevé Sous Bois) : millésime 2022 14 mois en fûts de chêne français neufs assemblage des fûts Emma & Alizée (300 L) 🍫 À la dégustation Un rhum surprenant de maturité pour son jeune âge : nez et bouche sur les notes pâtissières, chocolatées et toastées une belle gourmandise sans lourdeur finale longue marquée par le café équilibre vraiment très maîtrisé pour une première release Franchement : une très belle surprise, propre, net et déjà complexe.
