This is a very solid daily sipper agricole. The alcohol is integrated very well and the cognac barrel shines throw the wonderfull dry and delicious finish

Ce Bologne Cask Matured est très appréciable, un nez gourmand et boisé, fruité et pâtissier, en bouche on retrouve ce côté boisé avec des notes de vanille. Rondeur et puissance. La finale est est moyennement longue, mais agréable, sur des notes florales.

Initialement peu convaincu, puis goûté bien longtemps en aveugle , après que la bouteille soit restée plus d'un an aux 2/3, et mon impression est bien meilleure. Le nez est vraiment plaisant , gourmand pâtissier sur les fruits confits, peu alcooreux. La bouche un peu en retrait mais sympathique sur les mêmes tons, un peu d'alcool sur la fin, la finale est moyenne à courte. Ce n'est pas très complexe ni long mais gourmand, facile et plaisant, u n très bon rapport qualité-prix.

This is a bit disappointing, all notes I could get were quite muted, lacking intensity and power. It does not mean this is bad, which it isn't. But it does not work for me, unfortunately. While this is easily Drinkable I wonder what it would be at a higher ABV.
