This is a very solid daily sipper agricole. The alcohol is integrated very well and the cognac barrel shines throw the wonderfull dry and delicious finish

This is a bit disappointing, all notes I could get were quite muted, lacking intensity and power. It does not mean this is bad, which it isn't. But it does not work for me, unfortunately. While this is easily Drinkable I wonder what it would be at a higher ABV.

Initially not very convinced, then tasted for a long time blind, after the bottle had been left two-thirds full for more than a year, and my impression is much better. The nose is really pleasant, gourmand pastry on candied fruits, not very alcoholic. The palate a bit withdrawn but nice on the same tones, a bit of alcohol at the end, the finish is medium to short. It's not very complex nor long but indulgent, easy and pleasant, a very good value for money.

This Bologne Cask Matured is very enjoyable, a gourmand and woody nose, fruity and pastry-like, on the palate you find this woody side with notes of vanilla. Roundness and power. The finish is moderately long but pleasant, with floral notes.

Un rhum qui fait le job si on a rien de mieux à déguster. Tout est la ! C’est rond ce n est pas mauvais mais à mon sens c’est plus un rhum à boire qu’un rhum à déguster. Ce n’a pas grand chose de mémorable…
