Neisson's absolute masterpiece! I can't find fault with it! One of the top references for agricultural rums! A rum with an insane balance and a great gluttony that you never get tired of drinking it!

#5453 04.07.2025 Enjoying this expensive sample I got in Paris while other samples are "warming up". As usual, this is yet another masterpiece of balance and complexity. Like velvet on the palate....... Nose Round, fresh, balanced, light wood, light Agricole, faint polish, light caramel, light nutts, light fruity. Palate Oily, velvety, complex, balanced, light nutts, light vegetal, light caramel, light orange, light roasted, light wood, light chocolate. Finish Medium to long, velvety, oily, complex, light orange, faint chocolate, light vegetal. Empty glass Orange, light chocolate, vanilla, nutts, light caramel. Big thanks goes out to my friend in Singapore for sending me a handful of Armada samples that I haven't tried yet 😊🇸🇬

Tasted at Velier Live 2024 Another simply amazing Neisson, slightly better than the 1995 release, but really close tastewise. The quality is outstanding, maybe the price is not worth but we're in the top notch of the rums of the world.

This rum is quite different from the house's other vintages, such as Armada 1992 and 1997. This 1994 is a Velier exclusive and well deserves its place among Neisson's finest rums.
