At 18% this is a coconut liqueur, not a rum to sip and judge — and that's the whole point. It's coconut from start to finish, thick and very sweet, with brown sugar underneath. One taster found it a touch artificial with tonic, "sunscreen" even; several agree it shines only once it hits a cocktail. Think piña colada base, not tasting glass.

Pure extremely sweet and coconut through and through, for cocktails definitely very good!

Tried it with tonic (as recommended on the bottle), tasted a bit artificial/suncream. Need to try it in cocktail as I am currently not sold. I made my own coconut liqueur following Kevin kos recipe and that tasted more natural
