"Viel Jamaika" is how one taster summed it up, and that's the picture: overripe fruit, pineapple yogurt, cold smoke and a meaty, almost medicinal edge that several members tie straight to Le Galion. The fresh oak shows more the longer it sits in the glass. At 50% the alcohol reads well-integrated, though a couple of people wished it had been bottled stronger.
