Nice lesson in subtly. Not overly sweet like many sugar bombs. Hard to tell if this is one of Don Pancho's dosed rums, but since most are... and it is fairly sweet. I get some sweet plum. Pale golden pour. Vanilla, coconut. Comes together well, and not super in you face. I get a hint of lemon peel in the finish.
