The palate is soft and lightly creamy, oak and spice running through a "all day sipper" kind of body — alcohol barely shows at 40%. An 18-year Panama column-still rum that drinks easy. A few find it pleasant but not very complex for the age.

Store visit Weinquelle Lühmann Hamburg April 2025. I don't think it's as good as the reviews suggest, it's overpriced. Black tea and oak on the nose, also black tea and lots of spice on the palate.

Ein schöner Duft strömt aus dem Glas, süße Vanille und Schokolade. Am Gaumen leicht cremig mit relativ viel süße. Weicher Rum, Alkohol kaum spürbar. Abgang kommt dann noch ein wenig getrocknete Früchte mit Fasseinfluss.

Mild and easy to enjoy, a nice rum, but not so complex.

Vanilla and light coconut. Smoothe smell, above all, and light as most Dan Pancho rums are. Some florals come into play in mouth. Not super sweet so doesn't seem dosed, but I could be wrong about that. Oak in the finish. Pours dark golden. Had this in a flight at Casta's.
