Review by Rum Watcher
Like many modern Epris, quite "perfumed" at the beginning, especially when the bottle is freshly opened. After a few days of "oxidation", the same game as with this year's V&M Epris...fruit gum instead of floral/perfume. Definitely a rum that opens up and gets better over time when the bottle is open. That's why it's difficult to evaluate them at trade fairs, tastings etc., as it doesn't get the time it needs. I now have 3 Epris open and they all go in exactly the same direction. At first "well", after a few days/weeks... "cool".
