Énormément de bois au nez, un bois lourd et sombre. Beaucoup de caramel aussi mais de la fraîcheur mentholée, herbacée aussi. Le bois est très marqué en bouche aussi, même si la fraîcheur mentholée est présente dès la première bouche et équilibre magnifiquement ce rhum. La finale est ample et longue même si on sent qu’il manque des watts. Un très beau rhum historique. Merci Pascal pour le sample.
