A very unique craft rum, you really have to try it to understand just how unique. The nose is very pronounced prodominantly with chocolate, caramel & orange, with hints of pepper and winter spices. The taste mimics nose, sweetness of caramel with a bitterness of chocolate and orange. Smooth, easily enjoyed neat. But the perfect pour in my opinion is with ginger ale, the ginger compliments the powerful flavours which still power through.
