Un rhum dégusté au German Rum Festival à Berlin in 2024 et en 2025. Du vieux bois verni, des fruits secs au nez avec de l’ananas frais et quelques esters. Vivacité et côté trop dilué apparaissent ensemble en entrée de bouche, puis le boisé, le fumé, les fruits secs et le pruneau mettent tout le monde d’accord. La finale est sombre, vieux bois, fumée et fruits secs. Un navy rum surtout issu de Guyane, mais avec un peu de Jamaïque peut-être. Bien meilleur cette année, il me semble, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi.
