8,3:On the nose, the first impression we get is a very juicy sugar cane, mineral, vegetal with some olive, mushrooms and nutty with almond. There are also fruity notes with banana and papaya. Very nice agricole... Very fresh... On an aeration, it becomes even more vegetal and waxy, we could notice notes of cheese, cookie dough, when it turns to medicinal notes with menthol and is a bit smoky, as almond is in marzipan now. 8,2:On the palate, the attack is very pleasant with marzipan, almond, sugar cane is juicy, waxy and mineral, a bit spicy. It becomes vegetal with olives, grassy, floral with some rosemary and geranium, a bit herbal, pleasantly paired with some menthol.Fruity notes are flowing with an undercurrent, fermented like banana...a bit smoky. 8,2:The finish is long, with spicy and mineral sugar cane, dry, vegetal with an olive and floral with a touch of citrus.. Shortly, tasty👌.

Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025. Très surpris par ce rhum blanc très très végétal et minéral. Une très agréable sensation d'amande douce. Une bouche très grasse et pâtissière. Une note d'olive discrète. C'est franchement surprenant et réussi. Cher pour un blanc. Mais le processus de fabrication doit expliquer ce niveau de prix.
