8,3:On the nose, the first impression we get is a very juicy sugar cane, mineral, vegetal with some olive, mushrooms and nutty with almond. There are also fruity notes with banana and papaya. Very nice agricole... Very fresh... On an aeration, it becomes even more vegetal and waxy, we could notice notes of cheese, cookie dough, when it turns to medicinal notes with menthol and is a bit smoky, as almond is in marzipan now. 8,2:On the palate, the attack is very pleasant with marzipan, almond, sugar cane is juicy, waxy and mineral, a bit spicy. It becomes vegetal with olives, grassy, floral with some rosemary and geranium, a bit herbal, pleasantly paired with some menthol.Fruity notes are flowing with an undercurrent, fermented like banana...a bit smoky. 8,2:The finish is long, with spicy and mineral sugar cane, dry, vegetal with an olive and floral with a touch of citrus.. Shortly, tasty👌.

#5923 05.11.2025 Relaxing with a few samples after work to the beats of Oursiders and Starlab. Nose Fresh, round, fruity, light marzipan, light floral, faint mint, light smoke, citrus, light mango. Palate Oily, fresh, round, naturally sweet, fruits, faint smoke, olive, light salt, citrus, light mint, banana, faint iodine. Finish Medium to long, oily, olive, citrus, light salt, light grass. Empty glass Papaya, citrus, light medicinal, olive.

Tasted at RhumFest Paris 2025. Very surprised by this very, very vegetal and mineral white rum. A very pleasant sensation of sweet almond. A very rich and pastry-like mouthfeel. A discreet note of olive. It's frankly surprising and successful. Expensive for a white. But the manufacturing process must explain this price level.
