The tropical aging of 15 years and the reduction to 43% following its maturation in ex-cognac barrels make this vintage one of the great ones from Trois Rivières. Often passed over because it is too expensive, its price drop should encourage you to go for it.

A naturally sweet and fruity rum with a nice caramel note. Once rested the nutty notes are more clear in the profile. The empty glass is nice and fruity with caramel.
