Review by LukaŽiga
8,3:On the nose, the first impression is with some varnish, esters with overripe tropical fruits, as it settles down, there are beautiful flambeed fruits, grilled pineapple, caramelized candied fruit. We could not miss roasted notes, as they are burnt. Then pastry and confectionery notes arise. When aired, there is an obvious leather, cigar tobacco notes, could be nice pairing with some good cigar, coffee, sweet spices as vanilla, ginger, there is citrus, peel, molasses, licorice and is salty. 8,4:On the palate, it is burnt and roasted, salty, woody with sweet spices, dry…of course estery, overripe fruits, that are flambeed. There are some medicinal notes, as spices are not strong. But the mid-palate is warm, pleasant. The pastry is caramelized, fruity with vanilla and coffee. After some rest, nice Irish cream notes arise and round up and balance the palate. 8,3:The finish is very dry, woody, with Irish cream, fruity with caramelized candied fruits.🙂👍...
