Goûté lors du Caen Spirits Festival 2025. Jolie evolution entre le rhum blanc de cette distillerie et ce trois ans. Le climat semble avoir un effet ultra rapide sur les fits car le bois a déjà beaucoup marqué le rhum. L'influence du cognac est bien présente. Très sympa.

#6775 10.05.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after getting back from a nice dinner in Flensburg. Listening to some tracks by Sub6 and olly James on Spotify. Surprisingly good rum when looking at the price tag and where it is from. A medium intense rum with nice spieces, fruit, caramel and a light medicinal touch.

Nez : la bouteille est ouverte depuis longtemps. Elle ne sent plus autant qu'avant. Bouche : plus intense qu elle nez présageait. Du bois mouillé,, de la vanille, de l'iode. Un arrière goût peut definissable (cœur de palmier ?). Une attaque alcoolique étonnement fort étant donné ses 44,9°. Finale : sèche, intense, plutôt longue pour le coup. Bois et iode. Très agréable. Et en donne beaucoup pour son prix, et pour son degré d'alcool.
