#4956 Whisky Live in Paris 27.09.2024-30.09.2024. Another great event meeting a lot of RumX new and old friends. This year three weren't as many new releases as in 2023, but I still had a great time. Nose Fresh, Agricole, fruity, light citrus, light grass, sugarcane, faint nutts, faint honey. Palate Oily, fresh, medium dry, fruity, Agricole, light grass, faint honey, faint chocolate, light leather, sugarcane, light citrus. Finish Medium to long, fresh, Agricole, light grass, citrus, medium dry, fruity, sugarcane.

Tasted at RhumFest Paris 2025. I don't know this distillery well but I was surprised by the oily and nicely fruity side of this rum. Quite pleasant to taste. The price seems high to me though. Same observation at another festival. Very surprising and very nice. But definitely too expensive.

Je ne connais pas le temps de fermentation, mais son expression me fait penser à de la fermentation de jus de 7 jours. Texture grasse , un fruité passion agrumes, herbe et poivre doux. Douceur de canne à sucre.
